SHIPPING
COST of p&p
Small/medium parcels are sent via tracked courier: £8 or £15 depending on size and weight.
WHO & HOW?
Small/medium parcels are shipped via a 48hour tracked service with different couriers depending on size/weight.
Tracking information will be sent to you via email once your order has been fulfilled.
PROCESSING TIME
We aim to process your order within 2-5 working days of your purchase.
We do our best to dispatch your orders asap so you have even longer to enjoy your purchase!
DAMAGED ITEMS
We do the upmost to ensure that your items arrive safely to your door however, accidents can happen.
Please inspect your items on delivery. Acceptance of an item is assumed that you are satisfied and no damage has occurred in transit.
If on inspection damage has occurred in transit - please take lots of photos, save packaging and reach out to us at hello@whatthefig.co.uk
We'll work with you to make it right!
MISSING / LOST ITEMS
All of our orders are sent via tracked services, tracking info will be sent to you via email once your order has been fulfilled.
If your parcel is delayed or goes missing - please contact us and we can log a query with the relevant courier.
Once dispatched, we cannot be held responsible for any delays in transit and we are unable to accept and responsibility if an incorrect address has been supplied.
RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS

Unfortunately at this time we do not offer returns or exchanges.
Objects may differ slightly from the images shown, however we do our upmost to provide accurate photos and descriptions.
Please note: our objects have lived many lives and therefore come with unique signs of age and wear.

CANCELLATIONS
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us asap.
If your order has already been dispatched we will not be able to cancel your order.
Please note: cancelling may incur a transaction cost charge that will be deducted from the amount refunded.
